Largo Cottages

Largo Cottages is a small collection of comfortable and cosy, pet friendly holiday cottages finished in a contemporary style located in the beautiful and historic villages of Upper and Lower Largo, close to St Andrews in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife. The properties are all owned and operated by husband and wife team Simon and Becca, who live in Upper Largo so are close at hand should you need any help during your stay. Between us we have over 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry and we take a hands on approach to looking after and preparing all properties for our guests.

When you book with Largo Cottages you are booking directly with the owner of the property. Not only does this mean you will get the best prices by cutting out the middle man and their expensive booking fees, it also means that we take a very close interest in the maintenance and preparation of each cottage between guests. 

In October 2022 the Scottish Government introduced a mandatory licencing scheme for self catering properties. In order to obtain a licence properties need to pass a number of tests associated with quality and health and safety. All self catering properties must be properly licenced by January 2025 and display their licence number in all listings. All our properties are fully licenced.

We are members of the Association of Scottish Self Caterers and as such adhere to their professional standards and code of conduct.

Winter Short Breaks

We have a limited number of 3 or 4 night short breaks available in our Cardy Cottage in late November and early December 2024.

Christmas and New Year 2024

We are now fully booked for Christmas, however, we do have limited availability for New Year. Please check our availability page for more information on availability in our cottages.
